What is the "New Construction Design Consulting" Package?
Our "New Construction Design Consulting" Package is for clients who are building a new home and wish to consult with Karen on the finish selections for the project. Each package is customized based on the size of the home and the number of selections that need to be made.
The "New Construction Design Consulting" Package is right for me if:
- I'm building a new home and am overwhelmed by the number of choices my builder wants me to make! I'd love to bring Karen with me to the design center (or to my builder's preferred vendors' showrooms) to help me ensure my home's finishes flow seamlessly.
What to Expect
- During the Discovery Phone Call, Karen will have determined if this is the right package for you. She also will be able to guide you in what to expect for your specific situation.
- Design Consulting covers many different aspects of our services. Karen will have candid conversations with you, advising you about your project, pulling from her design knowledge, expertise and years of experience in the field.
- Karen will expect you to steer the conversation and have specific questions, design ideas, inspirations, spaces, stores, etc. that you will review and visit together.
- Karen will accompany you to select materials, or find options online.
